Apogee // COAL (live) - UK Debut

Kicking off our 2019 shows back in the intimate Rye Wax basement we are pleased to announce COAL will be performing their live UK debut on the 8th Feb, with support from our usual residents.

Coal is the live project of Ayarcana [Parachute Records / South London Analogue Material] and Oliver Kohlenberg - a frequent collaborator with Ansome - they debuted at Killekill's Megablank earlier in 2018. Drawing heavily on their shared Punk and Metal background, the live show sees Oliver perform raw vocals over electronic drums, synths and guitar from Ayarcana. They channel a relentless, high energy 'fuck you' attitude through heavy distorted beats and feral vocals. This is pure, unadulterated industrial fury - we can't wait to unleash them on the basement for their first UK show.

As always, our residents will be sandwiching the performance - expect EBM, industrial and techno in all of it's forms.
