Monelise:

Monelise's music has been described as sounding like "a Kate Bush soundtrack to a David Lynch film". Inspired in equal measure by the classic and the contemporary, she makes the sublime and the uncanny collide in a startling way. Expect the Theremin, antique sampled opera records and lots of sonic melancholy.
